• One API subscription may not be shared among multiple users or organizations

4. Payment and Billing

• All billing is processed through our payment provider, Stripe
• Subscriptions are month-to-month
• Credits expire at the end of each billing cycle
• No refunds will be provided for unused credits or service
• Non-payment may result in immediate service termination

5. Rate Limits and Usage

• Rate limits are enforced as specified in your subscription tier
• Attempting to circumvent rate limits is prohibited
• Usage limits are enforced as hard limits
• Service access may be terminated for abuse or excessive usage

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Resell or redistribute the API data without authorization
• Attempt to bypass usage limitations
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Interfere with the Service's operation
• Scrape or bulk download data beyond allowed limits

7. Service Availability

• We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features
• Scheduled maintenance will be performed with reasonable notice
• Service may be interrupted for emergency maintenance

8. Intellectual Property

• All data, content, and features remain our intellectual property
• Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service
• You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without permission

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate service for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Non-payment
• Abusive behavior or excessive usage
• Any reason we deem necessary to protect our Service

10. Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for any damages arising from Service use
• Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the current billing period
